is this too much acetaminophen?

yesterday I decided to trip on dxm
took around 360mg dxm, unfortunately ended up ingesting 3250mg of APAP along with it, was popping dex pills with apap from around 3pm to 10pm yesterday.
well today I happened upon some opies, generic vicodin ES (that's 7.5 hydrocodone and 750mg APAP for those of u that don't know) and I have four pills. wondered if it would be Safe to take them on top of my Tylenol ingestion yesterday. thanks

4000mg in 24 hours in the ceiling, i'd do a CWE to save your liver.

if you can get high off one hell ya go for it. But otherwise wait a few day or so just to give your liver a chance to breath.

As stated. Wait the 24 hours. And maybe get some milk thistle if your taxing your liver often.

Yep.

4000mg is the maximum you want to use daily, but 3250mg is quite close, I certainly wouldn't do that every day. Next time, do a CWE, your liver will thank you.
