I first tried it end of last week, friday i think i had maybe 100 mgs or so. that was too much for me, felt good in the day but didnt like the vivid dreams, too strong.
next day sat i had 15 mgs.
30 mgs on sunday
50 mgs on monday.
tuesday id had a great sleep and i did not dose again and felt fine no anxiety or anything but in the afternoon i decided to have a beer which i never do since i hate alcohol but did anyway just because i made a bad choice i guess- i was partially curious if the lingering pica might synergise with the alcohol as others report with phenibut and alcohol. anyway altho i hate alcohol enough on its own im wondering if the lingering extra gabba made me feel worse than usual because i felt hangover like effects just from one beer. usually the feeling of the after effects of beer go away after an couple of hours if i only have one but i coudnt sleep well into like 7am when i finally went to sleep. it felt like you know when you have been drunk and you wake up and feel that crappy dry brained feeling.
Felt alright today, ie no mood disturbances, except a bit tired but this evening ive felt a strange background sort of anxiety like the something isnt right feeling you get after too much coffee tho nowhere near as strong but a similar feeling.
Now im unsure is this from pica withdawal and its delayed or is it from, combining alcohol and pica. For that matter how long after the last dose would it take to know if pica causes any kind of withdrawal?
I hope its the latter cos i hate alcohol and have no intetion to drink it again and would be a little dismayed if it was pica alone cos up till then it had seemed wonderfully benign.
Id been looking for easy going substances which wouldnt bite me in the ass and id been reading pica is the man for this in terms of gabaergics.
I dont want to dose it every day on a regular its just i hadnt tried it before so i was eager to find a good dose that was the only reason for the daily dosing.
The feeling is very mild so it may just be a combo of me not being used to the after effects of alcohol after not drinking in so long combined with me not having slept, and ofc the lingering pica as well.
But as stated above im interested to know if i take pica on its own again how long after i take it could i expect to feel a withdrawal if i were, because i woudlnt want to take it days in a row thinking its benign when really i was just delaying a withdrawal which would get worse the more days i took it. As i said i dont wanna take it every day but i wanna know how careful i have to be about something like that.
