Is this safe to take? Really need advice

I want to take 10 of these tablets, to manage my anxiety, since they contain phenobarbital.

Each tablet contains:

a-bromizovalerian 8.2mg
Phenobarbital 7.5mg

If I take 10, then that would be 75mg of Phenobarbital and 82mg of a-bromizovalerian, is this safe?

Also, a-bromizovalerian is one of the valerian constituents.

Have you taken phenobarbital before? I found it pretty sedating, but never took valerian. Maybe someone experienced with this combo will chime in. What do the directions say? I would take maybe two tablets and see how you feel. Don't drive either because it might make you drowsy.
