Idk if this is the right place to post this.
Okay i use to work out like crazy every day. But stuff in life happend and i stoped for a year and know im ganna back into it. Some how im stronger?. But im ganna eat healthy im 18 200lb 5'10
Here what im thinking. 1st meal when I wake up around 8-10am 1 cup of cheerios with 1/4 or 1/2 greek yogurt, few rasberrys with 1 banna mix or fee blue berrys and 2 banna mix, and 1 cup of oatmeal.
2nd meal 3-4pm. 2 peaces of chicken with rice and some broccly, 1 cup 100% OJ.
3rd meal 7-8pm. 1-2 peac of chicke, with rice, broccly. 1cup of greek yogurt, banna, apple,
4th meal 1 hour before i go to sleep so like 10-11pm
3-4 eggs, green onions(from home garden) alot of them, banna, apple, water.
Also keep in mind ill be taking post, pre, and protien supplements. My goal is to gain alot of muscle while some what lose my stomac fat.
