Misc Is this combo really bad for the liver...

Using that combination once most likely won't kill you, but chronic use of any of those can be bad for your liver. ESPECIALLY if you combine them. So don't.
 
The worst thing for your liver is to mix booze and tylenol. Always CWE your stuff, always, or just don't drink if you also eat tylenol, period. Once in a while, using small doses, no problem. But you don't have to abuse like a motherfucker to ruin your liver that way... And you won't see it coming until you turn green. Tens of thousands die each year as a result of mixing tylenol and booze. Acetaminophen is one of the worst fucking drugs to overdose on, it is more dangerous than many goodies that are behind the counter... Just DON'T drink and eat tylenol at the same time.
