Is this apart of the package when your high?

Everytime I'm high it feels like theres cotton balls in my ears and I can't hear normal .Everything is is more quiet .I can barely here me speak. Is this normal when your high ? Or am I differnt from others? Thanks
 
happens sometimes to me. you know how your eardrum gets pressured during an airplane takeoff, and you swallow to relieve the pressure difference. it does so via the eustachian tubes which connect the ear to the throat. so, it's positive pressure in an airplane, but when you're smoking you create a vacuum that acts on the middle ear which is what i assume happens since for me it's always a vacuum-popping sensation after smoking herb as opposed to the pressure-dropping sensation after swallowing hard on takeoff.

i agree, in the spring and summer it sounds like the crickets are inside my ear chirping on my eardrum, i can focus in on a person 50 feet away and hear what they are saying. it's not all that pleasant at first.
 
sounds like an ear infection to mee .. sometimes i cant tell if im brething or not but only wen im blazzed as hell
 
I usually have pretty bad hearing but I feel that when Im high that my hearing is so much better, or maybe Im just paying more attention to the little sounds who knows.
 
I had a ear infection a couple months ago but I thought it was cleared now but I probaly still have one.

Yeah me too, for me its very rare.

But I know exactly what the OP is talking about. Its not too too uncommon, you must just be overly sensitive if its happening everytime you smoke.

sometimes i would get LOUD ringing in my ears. and i could barley hear anything, i figured out it was my ear not the weed. you should see a doctor?
