Depends on your tolerance and how you respond.. personally for me, having 3 drugs that act on my gaba receptors at once (eg lyrica, xanax and alcohol) makes me feel horrible, really spinny and sicky. You're not having huge doses of them but they will synergise together and the overall effect is likely to feel like much more than the sum of the parts.
Remember, having opiates, benzos and alcohol together can be a deadly combination - generally speaking it's not a good idea to mix your downers! Even tho you're talking about fairly small doses, you are mixing 4 downers and I'd be very wary of saying yes it's fine as you never know - especially if you've not tried that combo before. There definitely shouldn't be a risk of seizures from the tramadol with that combo (lyrica and benzos will protect against that) and in people who are used to benzos/opiates taking fairly small doses like that should in theory be okay, but it might hit you a LOT harder than you imagine and don't be tempted to up your doses of anything! I'd be very cautious mixing so many downers personally.
Go steady. I wouldnt take them all at once - gauge how you are feeling before you add in each new drug and be aware it might be too much for you!
