Each Mucinex pill has 60 mg dxm and 1200 guaf

I trip on this very often. Is that too much guaf to eat like 1000 dxm and have like 20k guaf? It never did anything harmful to me but I just wanna know more.

Definitely not a good choice for recreational use. Pure powder DXM HBr is by far the best in terms of side effects, though if you don't have access to that, the only responsible options are syrup containing only DXM, or cough gels (or their far less expensive generic counterparts).

Guaifenesin can cause kidney stones and severe nausea at high dose.

Going to second that, no. Find a pill or syrup with dextromethorphan and nothing but.

Gotcha, im going to stop using it for now, until I have access to Robogels with only dxm.
