i feel like on somedays my brain is clouded. even when i get decent hours of sleep my head feels somehwat foggy and i find myself not really thinking about anything. however when im high or drinking i feel like ive been relieved, almost like it unblocks something stopping thoughts into my head.

is this normal? im 16 btw.

that doesnt mean its not a medical condition... but i think you misunderstand this doesnt happen only in the morning it continues throughout the day

Dude... chances are you feel as such because your dopamine receptors and serotonin receptors are depleted of the amino acids that keep you balanced, functional, motivated, etc. when you use certain drugs. Although you're only 16, if you have a bank account with a card that has a visa logo, or even some cash... I recommend you try taking 5-htp supplements... or if you have the card... order the supplement Serotune... http://www.serotune.com/products/serotune... HOWEVER!!!! Because you're 16... only take the recommended dose as a warning... The contents of the pill although are herbal can really fuck your shit up!!! Also, you need to take into consideration your height, weight, and vitals into consideration... If you get the Serotune, take only one pill in the morning... see how you feel... if you start going back to drowsey, don't want to do anything, hangoverish like feeling again, then take only one final one in the evening. The max dose recommended on the bottle is 3... and for a person that is 6'0, weighs in at 225, with a blood pressure average of 142/90 and a sitting heart rate of around 90bpm... I started with one, and it worked fine... then when my body got used to it, I now take one in the morning, and one at night.

My fiance would take the 5-htp supplement after he rolled (when he used) to not feel shitty the next day. Depending on what you use (reply with a list)... I'll give you my personal recommendation on how long after your last dose to wait before taking the supplement.

Good Luck

i dont even use drugs that much. i havent rolled in 8+ months. havent smoked weed in 4 months. all i do is drink and smoke cigs on the weekends

its not due to stress either, it happens at random times

To me it sounds like ADD. A cloudy mind not thinking of anything sounds like an attention problem. You may be lacking the flow of dopamine in your brain so you should look into medication if this truly is the problem. Medications like Ritalin, Adderall and Vyvanse are generally prescribed for ADD. Along with therapy it could help.

ive noticed i have some symptoms of diabetes but none really significant (i figure most students experience my level of fatigue). i have noticed i have more symptoms of add or something related to not enough dopamine to the brain.

I'm come from europe and we really have a different point of view about medication as ritalin, adderal or whatever shit... I fell to reccomend to pay huge attention before to suggust to a 16 years old medication like this...
check if you fell to the doctor but do not look for amphetamines. listen what doctor says...
Rolling sometimes could be cool, wake up every morning and eat adderal for 'feel the live' at 16 doesn't looks funny at all...
peace eh!

Ehy dudes I didn't mean that in America doctor easily prescribe amphetamines... but there is some possibility to meet a bad doctor who, if pushed, may prescribe... pretty dangerous in this specific occasion...

yea anxiety bro i went through a short period of cloudy brain syndrome its weird because all of a sudden i felt like you and i didnt even know what anxiety was but i had my first panic attack the day before when i took a shit ton of adderall i felt these symptoms and with further research i realized i was victim to anxiety take vitamins exercise and shit stay active
