You can still snort what is inside the capsule, I personally think its the best idea so far. I don't want to be snorting baking soda, caffeine, lidocaine and magnesium stearate.

ummm... swedish, we're not gonna give you advice on how to cut any drugs. people who are less morally upstanding than yourself may use that information for nefarious purposes. the only valid HR advice i would give you is to purchase accurate scales.
Liquid Measurement – Mix the mdpv with a known amount of h2o or isopropyl alcohol (may help slow degradation) and use something like an oral syringe to measure out desired dose. A simple solution in this case would be 1mg / 1ml. So if you are taking 100mg, mix into 100ml of water or isopropyl alcohol.
Attempting to add volume to your mdpv using an inert powder is a recipe for disaster, depending on many factors the two powders will not be distributed evenly at all, one time you might get 10mg and the next 100mg.

Yeah thats the real problem finding something that will homogenize with it,its like people who dont know how to infuse herbs with the jwh-xxx,and even worse AM-2201,if its not an even distribution you get "hotspots" which was BAD with -018,but am-2201 being 3x more potent it's well.......Possible ER time(,i'm thinking L.S.D) micrograms doses have to be judgeable in casual settings,so i am saying if i eyeball a 30mg. line of mdpv that has a cut ratio of 3 to 1 (and i dont know ANYTHING about diluting, probably a bit much,but hell i've heard of problems with uncut stuff like heroin and cocaine,and i WONT let a friend have any dont trust em to dose,seen some stupid things done HELL i even carefully consider who i introduce it too. some really feel good shit to me. and Alex your absolutely Right,it is the only position you can take,but i'm afraid it ignores reality,you think people think people are going to have a gram in front of em and go,Hmmmmmm.....the moderators at bluelight,think it's irresponsible and maybe even Dangerous to eyeball that dose,which you always do on most threads when the subject comes up,which hell the advice is true, BUT!" Well actually there is a way...If i understand what you are asking... Though on the out set i will say that the way it's done properly has been researched and tested by Pharmaceutical giants to perfection. If you were talking about sub mg doses like for Alprazolam or something i'd say forget it and go with a liquid. However there are a couple of considerations to try.
1st Just go and learn what approx 5 mg is. Repeatedly. Use a small measuring something and test on a mg scale. I say this coz how are you going to measure the diluted powder, eyeballing too? Why will you be any better?
2nd When medcines are mixed the following, to name a few, are hugely important.
Particle size: The filler and comp need to be the same, use a magnifying glass. grind till equal. Other considerations are: moisture content needs to be the same. Flowability of both must be similar also. There are others but are silly to go into.
I have had experience of 5MeO MiPT being mixed to 1mg per 20mg of mixed compound to get greater accuracy from a mg scale. It worked excellently, but all of the above were considered and mixing with shaking and rolling in a small canister were performed for a LONG time. If particle size and flow rates of the powders are similar maths says they will mix fairly well. But in the end you can't do it like the Pharmaceutical companies! Stay safe and don't do it on potent comps at the very least.
