Is there any way to spot fake X

I have heard from a lot of people that X is great but a lot of the time people that take it aren't getting the real or best kind of X that can give you that high, or are there questions i can ask them about to see if they know what there talkin about

Get a test kit, use pillreports, or listen to the opinions of people who actually know what they're talking about. You can't tell a thing by sight alone, especially not if you're talking about a pressed tablet.

The ONLY way to identify the contents of a pill are by reagent testing it. Pillreports.com exists to allow people to share the test results of pills in your area (and review the experience of taking them).

There are many bogus myths about color, shape, size etc. of pills being an indicator of contents "Red ones are always meth!", and it's all BS. Additionally, if anyone tells you that you can taste MDMA vs. another drug (the "lick test") it's also BS.

You can acquire a testing kit at www.dancesafe.org. They are small and easy to use on the fly if you're in the habit of acquiring pills in places that are not your private home.
