I like to drink beer and smoke some green towards the end of my trip to ease the transition from tripping to be able to sleep. At first it will potentiate the effects but that is why u have to time it right for when you want to TRY to go to sleep. Depending on the dosage it doesn't always work but i do find it works better than nothing. Without anything i feel like a fish out of water flopping around all night in my bed. If anything this is the time to reflect-let them teach u what they want u to know.
