Bluelighter
All my comments I type, edit, and submit on Bluelight's forums are with my smartphone. However, I dislike the claustrophobic and limited appearance of mobile view, which seems to preference compactness and brevity over content and breadth.
But I have the opposite preferences and so always make use of my web browser's "Desktop View" user agent function.
But while I can resolve the size and content constraints of mobile view by using desktop view, I still struggle laboriously with using the editing features of this forum, I presume because of a smartphone's limitations.
So, this set of features are nearly unusable for me and my purposes. The text box and editing tools stall and stutter, and frenzy and freeze, and glitch and gaffe until eventually my browser crashes and my unsaved half-typed comment is forever gone.
So instead, I prefer typing my comment in, say, Evernote or WPS Office and then copying and pasting it into the forum's scomment box. But the problem is that Evernote and WPS Office don't seem to allow BB code. This means I have to type each of the codes myself, which is boring and slow.
Wanting to spruce up and vivify my freshly-typed post, I'll have to spend more time than I had to when writing it, by physically typing out the right BB codes in all the right places. Needless to say, I utterly detest square brackets and forward slashes. The sight of them now elicits ire.
TL;DR synopsis:
Rather than manually and meticulously typing out the BB codes, doesn't there exist some way of implementing BB Codes in the Android Evernote app? Or mustn't there be some other mobile app or resource with which one can just highlight or select the desired piece of text, choose the desired BB code, click, and voilá?
Since the forum's advanced editing text box works poorly for me and I find it cumbersome and glitchy, all I need is a different medium or way to automatically add BB Code
It doesn't have to be something I suggested here but essentially anything that lessens the time and attention spent manually adding BB Code will suffice and be of incalculable help to me.
Thank you,
