Is there a substantial tolerance effect from Adderall?

I wanted to find out if there is a very noticable tollerance effect after taking adderal. So if I blew 40mg one day, then I did it again the next day would I not feel it very much the second time?

I've used adderall quite a bit, and I dont think that any sort of noticable tolerance is built over a short period of time. But I do know that if taken repeatedly over weeks and months that the recreational effects lessen.

Tollerance takes some time, especially with the misture of amphetamine salts in Adderall.. if you did 40mg in one day, then the next day you might have to do a little more, but 40mg should still buzz you the same..

I certainly developed a hefty tolerance after a while, when 30 mg barely fazed me, which is why i stopped...
and now, two months later, 10 mg does plenty for me...
