^Oh is it not --- if not go ahead and pull that down. It doesn't seem to be garnering much attention anywho --- long story short yes they do meet the definitions and it is a masterclass in evading questioning on the police/gov's end

I would argue it is more about the definition of organized crime fitting "legit" operations --- but I don't care I know the answer I was hoping to enlighten people on the finer points

My favorite part is when the narrator compares Neighborhood Watch and Homeowners organizations to gangs. It's a fair comparison, as they have a lot in common.

It spoke to me personally, since the Harris/Walz signs I had on my property during the campaign were repeatedly stolen, I got threatening letters, and my ebike was sabotaged. All for quietly expressing an opinion on my own private property.

This first came to mind in the bush presidency, wait they meet all the standards for a RICO criminal syndicate -- like HARD AND DIRECTLY. Than when Guliani and Trump and all them caught a RICO it was almost highlighting it. This is not political either, Doesn't matter who is president they are the head of a criminal syndicate. The worst part is when they disabled the brakes on my ebike, which I didn't notice at first. I ride about 7 miles down a busy street to get to&from work. Had my brakes failed at an intersection it could have been fatal.

I did an organised crime module in my third year of university starting from the late 19th century before moving into and through the 20th century and they depicted the FBI and The Mob as two sides of the same coin. The lecturer also stressed that the nationwide mafia as depicted in popular culture is essentially a myth and in reality what you had were much smaller regional groups that rarely operated outside of their own territory.

Sure as long as people aren't arguing about elections or rambling about left this or right that I don't really give a shit. The history of organised crime prohibition etc goes hand in hand with drug culture.
