Hi, I'm new here, and I have a question I've not been able to get a clear cut answer for which is the legal status of the pure ma huang herb. I understand all dietary supplements and the like are banned in the US that contain ephedra alkaloids, but I don't see anything in the final FDA ruling to indicate that buying the herb in bulk form from china is also illegal. And if this is so, can someone show me where this is also applied to the ruling? Thanks very much!

Hey man, I should've closed this earlier, but we don't really allow questions that are tantamount to sourcing of drugs. We let things like over the counter products, licit chemicals etc. slip by even though it's technically against policy, but seeing as how this is almost a "how to I circumvent laws against Ephedra/Ephedrine?". It's an intersting question, but not one suited for Bluelight as it currently stands.
