Is the MDMA half life affected by the use of benzos?

If someone ingested 200mg of pure MDMA, and after they came down from the MDMA they took a benzo every day for anxiety prescribed reasons. Would the half life of MDMA increase,decrease, or stay the same?

the half life of mdma would stay the same. but depending on the benzo mdma might change the half life of the benzodiazepine. of course benzos can also dull the mdma experience.

Half life is mainly disturbed by enzime inhibitors and inductors assuming it's correct absorption. As bzd can be sustrate for enzimes especially p450 family, the logic conclusion is that it will enlarge mdma half life because enzimes will be occupied destroying bzd and not mdma. But as bzd uses gaba system which is central nervous inhibitor it can soft your mdma experience. Hope you can understand me english aint my mother language.

at worst you'd get some competitive inhibition of mdma's metabolism, but with the doses most benzos are usually used in and along with the fact that mdma itself is a potent cyp450 inhibitor, that shouldn't be noticable at all.
