For instance, if you smoked an 8-ball in a week would the come down be worse than if you smoked say a twenty in the same amount of time or would the come down be the same since you were high for the same amount of time.

Using for a straight week, you've depleted your transmitters & the come down will be rougher unless you have some benzos.
