Let's not forget that 'Christ' just means 'anointed'. It's not a proper name. It's just a synecdoche for someone who has achieved enlightenment, who is spiritually advanced and just gets what it's all about. Mystics living on the margins of society have been abrading the skin on their foreheads and applying psychoactive plant oil extractions since prehistory too, incidentally. The hidden meaning of Christianity is not to follow Christ, but to be Christ.
'Antichrist', too, then, is not one specific person. It's an archetype, a character on the great stage of human existence, that could potentially be played by anyone. I imagine the mindset of one being the Antichrist would involve not 'getting it' at all, and living a life of selfish and solitary misery, endless neurotic anger, and relating to others only to use them for one's own plans, rather than realizing that connecting to other people is how you win this whole game of life, the entire point.
I try not to use the term, even in jest. It's a loaded word and a rather harsh accusation, which I feel only a tiny sliver of those I've ever hated would truly merit.
