Is that a needle mark/bruise?

Hi guys,

Yesterday, I noticed this small area in my arm which had red cracks or lines. There was mild pain sensation. Now, could this be an injection/needle bruise? I know needle marks are small red dots, but could needles bruises create red cracks/lines on the skin?

Help would be appreciated. Thanks

How do you not know if you've injected in that spot? Also I'm not sure what responses you're wanting as we can't physically examine you.
