I quit smoking and got massive cramps and diarreah and trouble with my saliva....is this all have to do with nicotine or perhaps im sick?

Yes, nicotine directly affects your stomach/digestive system, as well as lots of other parts of your body.
That's why you get nausea and feel sick after a big night smoking too many. Nicotine affects your appetite and can irritate the stomach lining.
Cramps etc. are a very common part of giving up.
Hang in there!
Ginger capsules and peppermint tea are very good for nausea so I've heard.

Also good for nausea are cola syrup (no experince with cola syrup, but it's said to be), and antihistamines, like benedryl.
Oh, and there's OTC cramp medication that chicks get for PMS, i donno how good it works, though.

The PMS medication (such as Naprogesic I assume?) is basically just an anti-inflammatory painkiller, like nurofen (Aust). You might as well take paracetamol, or White Willow Bark, if you want a natural alternative, they're cheaper. Won't help your nausea though - and if you've got that, stay right away from asprin as it'll make your stomach worse.
Just tough it out and DRINK HEAPS OF WATER. It will make the toxins go out of your system faster.
Cola syrup eh? Interesting.
