I have heard before that you could buy it in a pharmacy. Obviously I tried it and they gave me the craziest look. "Yes sir, do you carry Dextromethorphan...hydrochloride by any chance?" Worth a shot I guess. Maybe it is just the area I live in though. Good to know there's always the internet if one wanted it bad enough though.
