Do any Aussie heroin users keep this stuff handy to wake someone up if they have passed out and stopped breathing after a shot of heroin??

It sure is man. I recon its an extremely good idea for anyone in the heroin scene to have some put away. Even if you dont use but have friends that get noddy.

Of the people I hangout with only occasional low dose smoking everyone once in a blue moon so I Havnt bought any.

But definitely a good idea to have around!

Yeah - you don't need to get it at chemist warehouse though, you can get it for free through the NARCAN training through a pharmacist or doctor - it's just a brief instructional on how to use it and you can get some to take home.
