Opioids Is my tapentadol underdosed or is my tolerance still too high? What are you experiences with tapentadol?

I got some dabbing panda taps recently 100mg each. I took 1 to start out with, barely felt anything so after 90 minutes I took another, only a very mild high. About an hour later I took 2 more to make my total dose 400mg and like, I’m itchy and my pupils are tiny but it’s missing that key opiate warmth/contentment.

For reference I have been off heroin for a few months and my last suboxone depot was ago it 3 weeks ago but I was only a 1 week shot so that should be out of my system.

Eventually I entered a weird “nod” where in stead of nodding into the warm blanket of the void it just felt like I could see through my eyelids like when you take too much promethazine or diphenhydramine.

So is my tolerance fucked or are these pills underdosed af?

I also took 350mg soma during the trip and it definitely felt that but will need a higher dose next time.

It sounds like you got the expected effects but it's just not something you enjoy.

Have you taken taps before? Just from reading about it on BL it seems to be one of those things where there's a huge variance in how people respond to it.

Also, if your main point of comparison is heroin, you might be expecting too much from tapentadol. H is a pretty hard act to follow!

Finally, be careful combining opioids and carisoprodol. I'm sure you know that but I had to throw it out there! Be safe.

I find that these always hit if taken a larger amount then what would be prescribed. Around 1000mg and they feel extremely strong and make me happier. I think 700 is enjoyable. I think people that don't rate this drug maybe don't have access to enough. Idk though. Also they will never compare or feel like heroin. Maybe that is why you didn't rate this drug.
