Is Most X Crumbly??

Hey..
Just wondering, should most extacsy be crumbly? As in its not completely solid like an aspirin and if you rub your finger on it will produce a powder fairly easily?
I'm just asking because I'm suspicious about some stuff I got because
a) its smaller than usual
b) its completely hard

I think anyone will answer this question the same way
x can be crumbly or it can be solid it depends on who pressed the pill and how much filler was used.
the only sure way to tell if X is good is to buy a test kit and test your stuff

Big pills, small pills, red pills, blue pills.
They can be any size shape colour consistancy. Although extremely hard pressings can be synonomous with large professionally run presses that make quality MDMA pills, I have seen extremely hard pills with a well defined logo, constistant colour that are nothing but speed and or ketamine.
The pill being smaller than usual has little bearing on the amount of active substance. Most of the pill (around 60-80 percent) is just binders and fillers. You can check this yourself by going to www.dancesafe.org pill testing results and checking how much each pill weighs. Use aounrd 75-80mg as an 'average' MDMA dose and you can see just how much of a pill is just filler.

(This is just my personal experience)
I found that the last 2 times I had White Euros (I knew 100% before I tested they were PURE MD**, but I tested to make sure-ALWAYS DO!) and they were pressed tite. BUT when I broke it in half to check it out, all I had to do was rub the stuff lightly and it would turn to white/off-white, fluffy powder (crystal) like things....
talk about EXCITED! in my experiences, thats the best was (plus an Eztest) to tell if its pure.
If I were you I would listen to soma and tripswitcher and go to www.eztest.com and buy a test kit.

Yeah i really should test my pills but I get them from one of my best friends and he only gives them to me if he knows they're good...
I'll buy a tester EVENTUALLY...just not now...

As I understand it (and I'm no genius), MDMA in it's natural form is crystaline. Which one would think would be harder than a lot of other substances. But, once you crush it to powder you destroy the latice structure that holds it together.
The pills we buy on the streets are NEVER PURE MDMA. They couldn't possibly be unless someone handed you a chucnk of crystal. What MDMA is in a pill is bound together with a nuetral bonding agent. What bonding agent and the process used for bonding will detwermine the 'crumble' factor you ask about.
Oh... but, too your question about those specific pills. I've had rock hard pills that kicked my ass. Anyone, remember UFO's. Those were great.

Around this area there are two good pills, one being White Dolphins which are very small hard pills that are difficult to break up, and Yellow Sharks which are larger pills that crumble very easily. If you break the two pills out into powder, the sharks have MUCH more material to them; we always thought they were crumbly because they pressed a lot of powder into a medium sized pill. I guess the binders are a big factor though.

You got it. Most of the manufactures of MDMA usually have yeilds that are between 85 to 95 percent MDMA. Even the Mass/professional producers can't pull that pure rating.
On a side note, these mass producers (most of which are located in the neatherlands) make the bulk powder and insert everything that is needed into it such as filler or fillers and dye. They sell this in a industrial strength bag that fits right on the press. On the bag it gives the specifications of that particular powder such as how many mg of MDMA per so much.
The pressor simply has to adjust the press dials for things like compression and amount of powder to shoot into each pill.
AGAIN -- that is how the "big timers" do it, there are many other ways.

The major amount of filler is really for dramatic effect as this is what the ecstasy community has grown used to. It really does seem that if you can get your pill to stand out, even though it might only have an average amount of MDMA in it, it will become popular and liked --- not saying always, just most of the time.
It really doesn't take that much filler to bond a pill together. they use filler sometimes for color effect and different colors of fillers to create the speckled effect.
As far as the norm amount for MDMA in a pill, I would raise the standard to between 75 and 125mg's as this is the Norm I have known throughout my days of illegal activity - I'm clean and punished now.
To give you an idea of a pill that had less filler, look at what went around as "marshmellows","clouds","baby asprin","bullets", or "holes" - all the same pill and there have been others with names like this,but I hope you get my example. Shit, the picture only comes out on this - bottom pill

Size can really throw you off.

Too bad our buddy in CA got busted with over 2 million tabs, he was known for amounts like that.
As for the crumbly pill question, I have this theory that the compression of the pill has a major impact on how the pill effects you. We already know that if you chew a pill it usually hits you quicker (tastes like shit). I think that each person at different times might be have a harder or weaker reaction depending on the compression of the pill.
For me, the firmily pressed ones (not the hardest pressed)seemed to have a time release function that kept my feeling pretty constant. The hard very compact pressed one's seemed to take like an hour to hour and a half to kick in, and then kind of fluctuate the feeling a little more.
Just my thoughts if anyone cares.

The side effects obviously increase... Death usually either takes ignorance of the obvious things such as dehydration,overhydration, or heat exhaustion and other things of the sort.It takes a lot more than 200mg to start worring about death overdosing.
Sometimes it takes a dose like 200mg's to get a naturally tolerent person or a person with more than avg. body weight to feel it.
If 200mg's is deadly, we can say that I have risked my life hundreds of times and live from it.
