Kratom Is lithium safe with kratom?

Just switched to Brixadi Friday but I’m withdrawing and was thinking of adding kratom today to help but I take lithium. It’s mainly processed by kidneys so I do t think that’s an issue.

But both call for a xtra hydration.

I also take abilify

Thoughts? Can’t find anything I trust yet. Some anectdotal reports but no one I trust (Reddit)
