is it safe to take lexapro and adderall?

i was prescribed lexapro a week ago and i'm supposed to be taking them every night but i just got some adderall. which unlike my lexapro was not given to me by a doctor i just abuse them now and then for fun(i'm not recommending it) but when i googled about taking them together i found some health website that said mixing them could be really dangerous so idk. i took 60 mgs of addy about 11 hours ago and i still feel the effects some but i've been coming down for a few hours now. so can i take my lexapro(5 mgs) before i try to sleep like i usually do since it helps make me tired or should i not take it when there's still addy in my system?
