I currently take baclofen daily, so i am tollerant to the dosage. Looking to try GHB however it's a gaba-b agonist like baclofen is. I know that consuming benzos / alcohol with ghb is a no no. However i can drink just fine on baclofen. So i was wondering if it would be ok to consume ghb on baclofen saftey wise.

I'm not sure they would be compatible. They have corresponding GABAB receptors activity so with Baclofen occupying receptors the outcome maybe un predictable. There maybe some sudden and unexpected onset from an exaggerated dose curve or not much activity at all but its a safe bet there will be some kind of conflict. More over the possibly of increased Baclofen side effects from GHB mimicking significantly higher dosage. This can manifest as a lack of voluntary coordination of muscle movements along with somnolence to any degree. If you on a dosage up near the 60-80 mg per day range you'd wont to exercise caution.

I got to say its an area of uncertainty that needs input from others my interpretation maybe completely wrong.

Baclofen has been quoted in peer review journals as a means of alleviating severe withdrawal symptoms from chronic GHB use.

According to a paper: Baclofen and Gamma-Hydroxybutyrate Withdrawal
The addition of baclofen allowed the rapid sequential decreases in the GHB dose without seizure or delirium and resulted in long-term improvement of her tremor
