Misc Is it safe to take DXM with these

Is it safe to take DXM with any of these medication : Aripiprazole/Ability, Quetiapine/Seroquel, Bupropion/Wellbutrin ?

Of course im not talking about tripping but taking a low dose for cough.

If your just taking it at the recommended doses, then absolutely! 30mg of DXM is safe in almost any situation, actually.

But surely your not taking all the above together?

Yes, these are my everyday prescription pills. But I know DXM is bad with SSRIs an Aripiprazole have 5-HT1 activity and a Ki of 1080nM on SERT.

Oh well if your prescribed that's fine. Just making sure you weren't just taking an atypical antipsychotic, partial dopamine agonist, and WTF ever Wellbutrin is just for the hell of it!

@QUARE: Yep it's totally fine, I'm on Escitalopram 10mg, and I routinely take 60mg DXM with certain drugs to mitigate tolerance.

Low doses of DXM are pretty safe to take with just about anything. I don't know how effective it actually is as a cough supressant, but I'm sure it's better than nothing.
