Is it safe to take 250mg MDMA a week after taking 450mg DXM?

Last night I decided it would be a good idea to do a DXM trip, it had been months and I really wanted to trip.
I actually started to have a shitty time at first when I realized I didn't have my MP3 player, I felt trapped.
I went around the house looking for it, but it was right under me.. next to my headphones.. on my bed...
where I was about to trip... lol. Off topic, my b.
Now, 6 days from now, I plan to go to a show with a friend and ingest 200mgs - 250mgs of MDMA, around that.
I have used this same batch of MDMA before, so I know it's pure, really pure.
One of my friends who did it with me 3 weeks ago is a very experienced MDMA user and said it's the best he's ever used or seen.
I tripped 3 weeks ago for my first time and have created a once a month rule for myself, staying strong thus far : D

So, my question is.. Is it safe to take MDMA a week after DXM?

My friend has rolled 4 times this month with this same MDMA and has had no comedowns, just amazing afterglows.


Sorry if I broke any rules or anything, I'm still pretty new here, I have read the rules though... but you know. lol.

dxm doesnt interact with mdma, does it? i thought dxm was commonly found in x pills. you should be fine in that regard. btw this is a ED topic, next time check your substance with the appropriate forum.

DXM taken too closely to a roll either before or after could cause serotonin syndrome...48 hours is usually long enough so a week should be fine

I think you're right about it being commonly found in pills.

Do you\anyone think the effects will be any different?

MDMA has a SERIOUS interaction with DXM.

I hear as a rule of thumb per Plateau with DXM, 1, 2, 3 and 4 to leave 1 week gap per Plateau.

I did 200mg mdma, then 9 days later, took 800mg DXM. How stupid was I back then bloody hell.
My brain actually felt like it was melting/dying i thought i had brain damage.

I personally would wait about 30 days at the minimum either way

Hmm, but what about DXM then MDMA? since they seem to do fairly different things as far as serotonin goes?

I'm not a chemist or doctor, lol, but MDMA just cause a lot of serotonin to release? That's why it's good to wait awhile to roll again because you need to let your serotonin regenerate? or however the proper terms are. or so I thought.
And DXM makes serotonin? or so I thought, so DXM then MDMA seems like it wouldn't have an interaction since it's been a week? And it's not the other way around?
I may sound completely dumb right now, I do not know.

I dont know, i would like to attempt mixing them in any way shape or form.

Id probably wait 40 days myself to be safe, my brain honestly felt like mush i felt like i had brain damage,

What do you think the effects would be like at a lower dosage?
As bigfonofthemdrugs stated about dxm being mixed with street e. I'm not sure how common that is, but I never hear about that being a problem by anyone I know.

Not sure about lower doses, maybe lesser effects,

But my brain felt like it was sweating, melting and dieing at the same time for hours i couldnt actually sleep i thought id turned into a vegetable that night

Ah. I am still tempted to try this. I'm really disappointed that I didn't look that up, I always do lots of research and am pretty well educated with drugs just not the terminology.
I have been planning this for weeks and my friend is\was gonna roll for his first time

Was there anything you did in that instance that helped?

Also, how long did it take to kick in for you to start feeling negative effects?
If I do roll, I'll start with 100mgs and wait an hour before redosing.


Also: What if I took 50mgs and see how I feel an hour later? Will that be enough to notice negative effects\positive ones and possibly give me an okay to proceed? and then do 150mgs.
