is it safe to take 2 oxy 15 mg?

I've taken 1 several times before, but it feels like my tolerance is increasing.. is it safe to take two Oxycodone Hydrochloride 15 mg? And, if i've already taken one is it safe to take another a few hours later?
 
Umm, I'd recommend taking 1.5 pills. You won't die with 2 pills, but it might be too much for you. I've gotten nauseous on 20mg with no tolerance before. The jump from 15mg to 30mg is rather high.

Take the half and if you're not still not satisfied just take the other, preferably an hour or so later. :)
 
When ever you want to move up, do it in 5mg increments, it will help in the long run from having accelerated tolerance due to unnecessarily high doses.

15mg is really not that much, but you want to stay within a certain distance in mg from the previous doses.

Opiates are not a hit or miss types of drugs, so if you take half of the next pill and still nothing, go ahead and pop the other half 30-45mins later.
 
Its always best to increase by the lowest dose possible. As in your case, I'd recommend you split the 15mg Oxy, allowing a slow increase in your dose by 7.5mg. You should still feel an increase in effects. Taking the entire pill may give you a buzz, as your doubling your regular dosage but you got to keep tolerance in mind. Those who are looking to get high at much higher doses will very soon realize they have a much higher tolerance in a much smaller period of time than expected. Trust me, I know.
 
yes, with a very little tolerance i use to snort 40mg, but ill be fuuucked up.
now i have to do like 100mg, o the good o'l days.
 
I appreciate all the help. I was scared to take a half of one a few hours after the first, but I did and feel fine so far lol
 
Your cool brother, keep an eye on your tolerance though you want to keep getting high at low doses and not need bigger amounts... save your money and savor the flavor. :)
