Meth Is it safe to Slam a 2 week old shot with a tiny bit of Blood in it?

So I made up this shot about 2 weeks ago. I wasn't able to hit Correctly so I gave up but but I think I went through the vein Because when I pulled it out, There was a small amount of blood in the syringe. Do you think this is safe to shoot?
