Is it possible to SLEEP through dope-sickness??

I was just wondering.... is it possible to sleep through dope-sickness????
Like, maybe take 300 mg of seriquel n just take one as soon as u wake back up..... my tolerance for seriquel is high, i've been perscribed it after i had "quit" the last time......
Just wonderin if anyone has ever tried this???


would be nice to just take one, go to sleep...when u wake up, take another one....and so on and so on.....

come a week later....wake up n be cool.....

yes if the seroquel i strong enough to knock you out, then i guess you should be able to get some sleep... i was W/D off 12 mg subutex cold turkey for 5 days and didn't get much sleep, despite having a sedative neuroleptic (cyamemazine), valium, and Havlane (Loprazolam) and Ludiomil (Maprotiline) a sedative AD and meprobamate a muscle relaxer mixed with acepromethazine (a sedative anti-histamine) ans acepromazine a hypnotic neuroleptic.

Plus theres loads of OTC shit that can help you sleep (doxylamine, alimenazine, promethazine , diphenhydramine)

i fell asleep kicking waiting to go into a detox after hours of shivering, leg kicking, sneezing, and yawning. it was only for like 20 minutes but it is possible, especially with the help of hypnotic sedatives.

Thanks, but I didn't just mean to get some sleep, I meant as in "sleep through the W/D symptoms" like, takin it as to avoid them....

I mean, i know i can take it n technically, that would mean I'd be 'Avoiding' the WD symptoms, but does it acctually work... to sleep through the entire W/D period????

Yeah, you sure can, it's just a matter of getting stuff strong enough to keep you knocked out. And keeping yourself watered and alive during the process. You probably won't be able to do that with a benzo kick though.

And, not to rain on your parade but most likely, sleeping and life in general is still going to be a cold wasteland for a number of months after you're through the crucible. Depends on your habit size and length of servitude. Hopefully you have some support structure in place for after, otherwise, chances aren't good to stay quit.

Yes, you could if you were to take high doses of strong antipsychotics that you aren't tolerant to along with benzodiazepines and strong muscle relaxant. .

Well good luck with your withdrawals. Its too bad you don't have any Lyrica. Its not an opiate but helps with the pain, produces subtle sedation, lift your mood and will put you out if you have doses like 600mg or more. Not many people who suffer dope sickness have caught on with Lyrica.
