Specifically Codeine and Bisoprolol?
I can't really find answers online except that thee's an increased risk of hypotension.

What do you use bisoprolol for? Is it for your heart or anxiety? In this case, propranolol is more effective.
Anyway, I've been taking it for two years, and it's never given me any problems, even with methadone, fentanyl, hydromorphone, and oxycodone.

Thanks :)
I don't use it for anything, my mother is prescribed it for a heart condition*. I *take* it for anxiety/tachycardia/high BP when in withdrawal from opioids or Gabapentin,

*I don't steal it from her, btw, I'm not a total asshole. I throw a little codeine her way if she needs it and she gives me a few Bisoprolol to help me with WD.

Confirming what others have said, I have been taking Bisoprolol with 90mg Methadone daily for years with no problems :)
