Is it Okay to Exercise on Dexedrine/Klonopin?

I'm taking this health class where there's a mandatory amount of physical activity that has to be performed on your own time at a smelly little campus gym. Thus far, I haven't even started, partially because I'm afraid my heart rate/BP will shoot through the roof while I'm exercising. I also have to do weight training and my arms tend to get a little shakey. I take 1.5mg klonopin at night and between 15 and 20mg dexedrine in the morning. I've tested my resting pulse a few times on this combination and it's at least 90 (I think the highest was 103). For some reason my blood pressure was unaffected. Does anyone have advice?
 
my sister takes adderall XR (15-30mg) a day and exercises and she doesnt have a problem. i however, CANNOT work out on amphetamines, my heart feels like it will explode and i will pass out. idk how she does it. amphetmains already put strain on your heart, so it is mandatory for your to stay hydrated and eat protein, take vitamins, ect.. so that you dont die fomr working out too hard. i knew i guy in highschool who was taking adderall and drank a monster before his track race. before finishing his first mile, his heart gave out and he died, he literally fell to the ground and diead. i tell my sister it isnt safe, but she wont listen.. moral of the story, dont over exert yourself at the gym. go for 15-30 mins and make sure to drink water, gatorade/powderade are the best!!!!

if you want to work out, you MUST stay HYDRATED before, during and after. drink drink drink drink water, powerade, gatorade, emergenC, vitamin drink packets, and vitamin water. make sure you sure stay away from caffeinated drinks like soft drinks (coke, pepsi, MTN Dew, ect..), teas, coffee, yerba mate, ect..

make sure to eat eat eat aswell! it is very important!

exercise isnt contradicted by clonazepam, you are safe to work out on klonopin.
 
It's not entirely safe. Amphetamines can raise the blood pressure to dangerous levels and coupled with exercise that could spell trouble. They also decrease pain stimuli which could cause you to push yourself to unhealthy levels.
