Stimulants Is it methamphetamine or bath salts?

So my friend picked up his medicine today and something was wrong. The color was a tan/yellow and it looked wet. Also it smells like a flour scented foot bathed in cat piss. It does not go away when smoking at all, Or after acetone wash wet or dry style. Also it reacts with water almost like pure meth does with bleach, spinning jumping around then suddenly stops. Oh yea and the best part it doesn't get you high. It gives a vomit style feeling for 24 hrs and screws yourph so bad real shit won't work for a good day or two. WTF!! I have no experience with bath salts nor do I care to, my buddy I mean, I would best describe the smell as scented bath soap. Do I have bath salts or really bad meth and is there a way to test for it?
