Alcohol Is inhaling alcohol safe?

how would you vape alcohol? I have an e-cig, and it takes a day to run thru 4ml of juice. how would you down 50ml of say everclear? ive heard of rectal or vaginal administration, but not inahled or vaped. if you dont want to drink it, leave it alone imo.

I don't understand the physics behind it, but if you put a little water in a container like a coke bottle, pump it full of air to increase the air pressure and then suddenly release the pressure, the water puffs into a cloud of vapour.
