People claim all the time that Chlorpromazine is a weak AP and that Haloperidol is very strong, but surely that's entirely dose dependent?
I used to be on Haloperidol and actually requested a change to Chlorpromazine as it's the only typical antipsychotic that some people consider recreational (and it is - sort of).
Chlorpromazine comes in much higher doses and that makes them even to me.
a 100mg Chlorpromazine definitely affects me more than a 3mg Haloperidol.
