I've been taking Gabapentin 300 mg tabs hourly. Total amont is 7000mg. Is that ok? What is a lethal dose or is there one? I have built up a tolerance, so is it ok to up my dosage since I have a high tolerance?

How much do you normally take? Tolerance is going to play a big role. High doses are not uncommon, but usually the upper limit of prescribed doses is around 4000mg per day. It does have a pretty wide therapeutic window. I'm assuming you're not taking it with other drugs? Gabapentin is a weird drug in that the more you take the less your body absorbs. Taking them spaced out should somewhat increase bioavailability, so it's very hard to know if 7000mg taken in doses of 300mg per hour for 24 hrs would be safe. Are you not sleeping?!?

I think we need to know how much you normally take, what your usual dosing pattern is, and whether you take any other drugs in order to better advise you.

In the meantime I would suggest you hold off on doing this. Gabapentin on it's own is not likely to be fatal (I have never heard of any fatalities where other drugs weren't taken, and some people have taken insanely high doses) but it can cause seizures in overdose, and of course make you pass out or fall down, as well as nausea/vomiting, dizziness, etc. If you are depriving yourself of sleep that probably will worsen side effects.

The LD50 of gabapentin is >8000 mg/kg making it incredibily high. However many cases of acute renal failure have occurred in high doses for consistent periods of time. I would recommend you do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dosage unless your instructed to by a physician.
