Also lady time I took cocaine a spliff sent me into nearly anpabiv attacki get scarrrdd to leave the house and I feel frozen in one spot like for example I think I shud go in bath and then I don't cos I jus feel shit. My house is a shithole at times and I don't even have the energy to wash the pots I used to but my depression has manifested bad or am I jus too stoned all time

Probably. It never did that to me. But I have seen friends get bad anxiety, go into panic attacks, and/or become badly depressed when they smoke too much pot at once or on a regular basis.
