Subutex contains buprenorphine hcl.
Suboxone contains buprenorphine and naloxone, at a 4:1 ratio. The naloxone (which is an opioid antagonist) is included to discourage abuse, though due to buprenorphine's higher affinity to receptor sites, it is basically inactive.
