Is Adrafinil legal in Russia?

I've flown there with my aniracetam last year, but what about Adrafinil? I heard it was available for prescription as something else.

If I can't bring it with me I may try to get Noopept which is available over the counter. Anyone ever tried it?

Could only see legal status in the US, UK and Canada from a quick skim of Google but if in any doubt don't take any drug - prescription, black market or grey market - across borders would be my broad and general rule. Wouldn't fancy even a short stint in Russian prison for the sake of a few pep pills.

But may well be somebody with more specific knowledge of Russian drug laws may know otherwise.
