Benzos Is 50%ABV enough for volumetric dosing Etizolam?

I could not find anything with a higher ABV at my local liquor store. I also have on hand, a small 30ml bottle of 70%ABV Anise extract. I was initially planning to do 200mg in 100ml of 50%ABV vodka, could I instead do 70ml of the vodka combined with 30ml of Anise extract in order to increase the ABV so that the Etizolam dissolves better?
