Benzos Is 1mg of alprozolam enough for a first timer?

Fucking word. You're the first person I've ever heard or seen say they take xanax like that regularly, or that recommend taking it. I never take it any differently. It's like I just want to savor all benzos, but especially xanax, just swallowing it wouldn't do it justice.
 
Yeah I'm not benzo dependent anymore thank god, but sublingual is really the best way to go. What isn't absorbed, is swallowed and taken orally, both are great ROAs.
