I?m a recovering addict that has used Bluelight for a long time now to get through some pretty tough days. I?m hoping I finally at least one hand on this addiction of mine and haven?t just upped the Ante on it...I?ve gone from opiates to subs and now I am 2 days into Sublocade Injection...look forward to telling everyone how it goes and reading how others are doing with it...I also want to get into some of the other threads I have found lately and stop always fixating on the addiction...that?s me for now, check back for me later and GOOD LUCK everybody

Hey madness00, I was very quick on my introduction, and didn’t explain my addiction path very well. I was an opiate addict for years and then transferred my addiction to Suboxone. I swapped back and forth monthly and pretty much used my subs to stay straight when out of opiates. I just went on to the Sublocade injectionso I wouldn’t have the option of overtaking my subs or being able to take any opiates. So far it’s going great. The sub dosing for the injection seemed to be low to normal the first few days but I can tell it is really building up in my system now. I feel fine and have no cravings, no withdrawal. I’m just wondering since I never stayed on a steady dose of this may be too much buprenorphine until I get used to the dose. Of course I am an addict and am going to look ahead for the bad in everything, but realistically it’s working fine. Thanks for checking on me

1 week into my Sublocade injection and all is well. I had a few hours on day 5 that seemed to be very under medicated and almost in withdrawal, and within a few hours I felt fantastic again. No other issues and I can’t completely blame the feeling on the medication, but as an addict that’s always my initial reaction. Looking forward to the next few weeks to what they bring.
