thought provoking ideas that make you want to explore your world.
and then, the web is a great place to learn more about what you learned in nature, society, literature, architecture, the arts.
not obsessively searching for things that really dont matter after a few hours.
if you stick to it, you will start noticing your freaking body is actually sick of staying in so many postures also.

Nah I can't focus on anything useful things on internet, not even enjoyable things, I just mindlessly check forums and other shit and press F5 all day long untill I'm depressed.
no friends? family? no other hobbies?
what if tommorow u make a conscience decsion to not use the internet just for that day?

I find this to be a sign of boredom, cause i do the exact same thing when im bored... i did it alot with facebook, refreshing every 5 mins.. lol. Solution is to find something meaningful/productive to do.. not always easy, but it'll definitely help.

Learn an instrument. Read. Exercise. Take walks. Write stories or poetry. Learn to cook.
Get yourself in the habit of being around people, even if it's hard at first.
