^^ I was wondering if anyone was going to mention l-Theanine.
Benzos potentiate GABA by binding to part of the GABA receptor. I have been looking for that supplement myself because of an 'overactive sympathetic nervous system' d/t benzo addiction. The only one I have come across that sounds feasible is l-theanine which is purported to raise GABA and dopamine levels. You can look it up on www.lef.org which seems to be a well referenced site.
Having tried it can't really say how much it helps but it does seem to help a bit. Not sure if it is placebo or what though.
