Interactions between opiates and maoi’s

I read that any opiate possessing even weak Sri activity would be dangerous to mix with an maoi, what about poppy pods? THeres so many alkaloids in a pod, I don’t aftually know if any of them are Sri’s


Also, what makes Sri’s more dangerous than a dri to mix?

The maoi I want to use is Syrian rue seeds
