What a stupid question... if its directly correlated with the consequences of said drugs then no, I wouldn't say its that dangerous...
But due to any unforeseen consequences (dirty pills, especially), you can't logically say yes or no on the safety.
As for them being bad... Personally any methamphetamine is bad in book but hey whatever gets you high I guess.
