insufflating mdma and congestion

So lately , every time I've been railing mdma (about 10times in the past 6 or so months) I have gotten a horribly stuffed up nose afterwards.

I don't think this happened to me before, and I'm sure its not the particular mdma I've been using because I've had several different sources.
On NYE I did a couple lines, probably about 200-250mg total and couldn't breath out of one nostril till the 2nd.

Is there any way to clear my nose? It's become a bit of an irritant while im rolling.

It's the cut. I've had this problem many a time before.

Either take a small "water bump" or use a saline sprayer to clear your nostril. Same works for coke to prevent issues (that result from dryness).

I swallow pills often as well but I like to redose by railing.

Any idea on what kind of cuts can cause the congestion?

guess ill need to snort some water from a bottle cap after haha

When I get bunged from white powders, an Actifed pill (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Actifed) generally clears things up. It both dries up and de-congests. Not sure if this is such a good idea as it does as pseudo-ephedrine to the mix

This is hypertension waiting to happen if you mix it with any recreational stim...

Ah, rolls... Those contain everything bad there possibly is, and maybe some mdma. bleh. stopped w/ anything but tested powder or shard a long time ago.

No clue what the cuts are; and we also aren't allowed to ID/speculate.

I just put a little water in the palm of my hand and stick my nose in it an inhale. The drip usually goes from moderate to "what the fuck" instantly though. Buuut, you can breathe after and there's often less overall damage done to the nasal cavity.

Thanks, though I take the actifed when down from the stim... like the next day so i'm not sniffing at work. Is that still not good?

I've always had a problem with insufflation... and that's my preferred way to dose. It's just something I live with, so I constantly have sinusitis and a stuffy nose, and it's not because of residual mucous in my sinuses, it's legitimately because of inflammed sinuses. Doing nasal rinses helps, but it's simply a fact of the way you take the drug, and it'll probably always happen. All substances are irritants.
